About Memebox

Memebox, pronounced “Mee-mee-box”, is a multi-brand Korean beauty and personal care company backed by over $200M in funding from leading investors including Formation 8, Goodwater Capital, Johnson & Johnson, Pear VC, and Y Combinator.

With the U.S. office based in Los Angeles and the headquarters in Seoul, Memebox develops and manufactures all products in Korea — bringing the latest K-beauty innovations to the world. Our award-winning portfolio includes Kaja, I Dew Care, I’m Meme, and Nooni, and we’re proud to partner with global retailers like Sephora, Ulta, and Target to make K-beauty more accessible than ever.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Memebox’s influencer marketing and creator programs in the U.S.

This person will work closely with the Influencer & PR Marketing Manager to coordinate monthly influencer seedings, track shipments and content, and assist with paid partnerships across Memebox brands — Kaja, I Dew Care, I’m Meme, and Nooni.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about beauty, and excited to build relationships with creators while learning the full influencer marketing process from seeding to performance reporting.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves both the creative and operational sides of influencer marketing — from unboxing the latest launches to managing spreadsheets, timelines, and campaign trackers.

Core Accountabilities

  • Influencer Seeding: Manage monthly influencer gifting programs across brands, from product pulls and packaging to shipment tracking and content monitoring.
  • Creator Outreach: Support outreach to influencers, creators, and talent agencies to coordinate mailers, sampling, and collaborations.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with the execution of paid influencer campaigns — including briefing, contract coordination, content review, and deliverable tracking.
  • Product Mailers: Partner with the Supply Chain and Retail Marketing teams to plan and execute PR and influencer mailers for new launches and key retailer moments.
  • Content Tracking: Monitor influencer coverage and compile weekly and monthly reports to track EMV, impressions, and engagement.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update influencer lists, CRM databases, and campaign dashboards (CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, or similar).
  • Event Support: Help coordinate influencer and PR events, including product launch parties, brand activations, and retailer collaborations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Retail Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align influencer efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Manage influencer product requests, sample inventory, and gifting budgets in coordination with the Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media — ideally within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle space.
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns, product seeding, or PR mailers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Traackr, or Tribe Dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a “no task too small” mindset.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office Monday through Thursday.

Bonus points for these:

  • Experience at a beauty brand, PR agency, or influencer marketing firm.
  • Passion for social media trends and emerging creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on familiarity with influencer gifting logistics and content tracking.
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, and K-beauty brands.

Competitive Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Monthly parking covered 100% by the company
  • $100 Monthly Commuter Benefit
  • 4.5 weeks paid time off + 15 paid company holidays
  • Hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in-office, Fri remote)
