More About the Role

Join our Digital team as a New York-based Influencer Marketing Associate working across Wine and Home brands. This role involves a dynamic range of accounts in the Wine and Home Goods industries, offering the chance to fuel the creative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Supports day-to-day account management by corresponding and communicating with clients, managing influencer trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, capturing social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management, and related activities.
  • Team Leadership: Manages and delegates responsibilities to junior staff, overseeing daily workflow to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Crafting Influencer Campaigns: Oversees influencers during content creation and amplification campaigns from talent sourcing to content briefing, final content reviews, posting, and reporting.
  • Partnerships, Event Planning & Execution: Supports planning and execution of influencer events and brand partnerships aligned with branded initiatives and organic content opportunities.
  • Influencer Campaign Management: Identifies and engages potential influencer partners across channels to build a talent pipeline, while managing product for sampling and budgeting for campaigns.
  • Guest List Curation: Curates guest lists for influencer events, overseeing outreach, contracting, and post-event approvals for all guests.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Develops recap materials post-campaign to measure value, including ROI and other performance metrics.
  • Build & Maintain Lasting Relationships: Cultivates genuine relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Leadership Skills: Minimum of 6 months mentoring and developing interns or staff, with ability to nurture talent on complex digital projects.
  • Account Management: Minimum of one year in day-to-day client communication, including leading portions of regular calls and meetings.
  • Proficiency in Influencer Social Analytics: Knowledge in influencer analytics for selecting and evaluating influencers to meet campaign objectives.
  • Social Platforms & Influencer Nuances: Understanding of platform dynamics and influencer nuances, including tiers and verticals.
  • Understanding of Influencer Economics: Experience with influencer costs, pricing factors, and negotiation strategies.
  • Knowledge of Media Integration: Familiarity with earned, owned, and paid media and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Awareness of Digital Consumer Trends: Up to date with digital consumer trends and familiarity with luxury lifestyle marketing.
  • Passion & Industry Knowledge: Passion for luxury consumer industry with interest or experience in Wine, Home Goods, Art & Entertainment.

The salary range is $59,000-$67,000 annually.
