What We Look For In a Tutor

  • Expertise in College Level American Literature and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and How It Works

  • Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. Pay can reach up to $40/hour with continued sessions with the same student.
  • Get paid up to twice per week, ensuring fast and reliable compensation for tutoring sessions.
  • Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
  • Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
  • We handle the logistics — you invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.
  • Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to College Level American Literature students.
