Overview

We are seeking a talented Podcast Producer & Editor with strong audio and video production skills to help us elevate our content across multiple platforms. This role will be central to producing our podcast, video series, and other branded marketing materials. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end production, from setup and recording to editing and publishing, ensuring our content is professional, engaging, and aligned with our firm’s brand voice.

This is a part-time, hybrid role (15–25 hours per week) based in Marietta, GA. You will need to be in-office at least 1 full day per week during business hours, with the flexibility to complete additional editing and post-production tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and test recording equipment, ensuring all gear is fully functional.
• Conduct sound and video checks to optimize recording quality.
• Collaborate with the team on episode planning and creative direction.

Recording

• Operate podcast recording equipment and cameras during live sessions.
• Monitor audio levels and video feeds for consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Edit and polish podcast episodes and video content for distribution.
• Enhance audio quality through mixing and mastering.
• Add branded intros, outros, transitions, and advertisements as needed.
• Create short-form clips and highlight reels for social media promotion.

Quality Control & Distribution

• Ensure all final content meets brand and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized archive of all raw and edited files.
• Prepare episodes and videos for publication on YouTube, social media platforms, and our company website.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in podcast, audio, or video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
• Experience with Adobe Audition (audio editing/mixing) and After Effects (motion graphics) strongly preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with recording and editing equipment/software.
• Experience optimizing audio and video for multiple platforms (YouTube, podcast apps, social media).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
