They are the fastest-growing printer in the US and are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and "go-getter" Business Development Executive to power their expansion goal of surpassing $100 million in revenue.

The Opportunity: Growth & Impact

Based onsite in Orlando, FL, this role is your launchpad into a full sales career. You'll enter a fun, start-up-like environment where radical transparency is non-negotiable and the leadership team is accessible for mentorship. After a comprehensive training period, you will become the primary engine for new business, focusing on key sectors like food, beverage, health, and beauty.

Key Focus Areas:

• Pioneering Outreach: Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to establish the initial connections with decision-makers.
• Strategic Qualification: Assess client needs to showcase how our client's innovative, premium, and eco-friendly solutions can enhance their branding and packaging.
• Pipeline Development: Set up and attend meetings with sales directors.
• Full Sales Progression: This role is designed to advance you to a 360° Sales Role (F2F) within 18–24 months, where you will own the entire sales cycle.

Compensation & Rewards

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 ($55k basic + $15k OTE).
• Exceptional Earning Potential: Top performers can see their earnings grow up to $250,000 by their third year.
• Additional Financial Perks: Monthly bonuses.
