Job Title: RF Engineer — Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

As an intermediate level RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing multi-stage low-noise high-gain RF pulse amplifier systems. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies to model, simulate, implement, and test these systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design multi-stage low-noise RF amplifiers and systems.
  • Select components for RF amplifiers including MMICs, LNAs, bias networks, and digital attenuators.
  • Utilize RF signal generators, RF spectrum analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, and electronics laboratory test equipment.
  • Use ADS, CST Studio, Ansys HFSS, or other RF modeling and simulation tools.
  • Design and integrate shielding for sensitive electronic circuits.
  • Capture schematics and perform PCB layout using tools like Altium Designer.
  • Calculate noise figure and signal-to-noise ratio.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop manufacturable solutions.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing designs.
  • Ensure compliance with certification bodies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience in designing electronic circuits.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Ability to work with low power and some high power RF systems.
  • Capability to test and verify designed circuits independently.
  • Experience with network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience preferred, open to candidates with 20+ years.
  • Experience with RF low power and electronic circuit design.
