We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Creative Studio Manager to lead our in-house studio operations for all e-commerce product imagery. This role will drive the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets. The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and continuously evolving the studio’s creative potential to elevate brand expression and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of Windsor’s in-house studio, ensuring smooth workflows and on-brand execution of all e-commerce product imagery.
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including photographers, retouchers, stylists, producers, digitechs, and sample coordinators.
- Manage production timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Oversee and manage the studio’s operating budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing to align studio output with business priorities and product launches.
- Drive a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
- Lead the creative direction and innovation of the studio’s capabilities to further elevate Windsor’s product storytelling and brand experience.
- Maintain and optimize studio processes, systems, and equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Uphold Windsor’s brand standards across all visual touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of studio or production management experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
- Proven track record of leading creative and production teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality assets.
- Strong understanding of photography, styling, retouching, and post-production workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for developing talent.
Physical/Environmental Demands
