About the Role
Partnering with Aquent, a leading player in the retail sector, is seeking a highly organized and impactful Email Producer to join their Loyalty team. This is an exciting opportunity to directly shape the customer experience for a prominent brand by executing critical marketing content for strategic customer programs. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring seamless digital operations, driving operational effectiveness, and delivering engaging content that resonates with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery and execution of all marketing content for customer programs across the email channel.
- Ensure projects are launched on time and meet all requirements, keeping management informed of progress and any deviations.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Creative, throughout the content development workflow.
- Respond swiftly to changes in project scope or schedule, communicating any impacts across marketing channels.
- Assist in facilitating key meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Drive the quality assurance review and final sign-off of content for email deliverables, documenting feedback and managing necessary changes.
- Provide essential support to cross-functional teams by working with business engagement and technical support partners to resolve issues and communicate updates.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of brand business, processes, and systems, working with management to identify areas for improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience, with a background in retail or ecommerce.
- Direct experience utilizing project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or Office365.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven experience managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle both routine and unexpected assignments with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility in taking direction.
- Self-motivated and driven, capable of working effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with leading email marketing platforms or similar marketing automation tools.
