We are seeking a Professional and Clinical Affairs Administrator (PCAA) to work closely with the Executive Director, PCAA. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and excels in dynamic, high-stakes environments. This role is designed for individuals who excel in managing complex projects across an organization while contributing de novo work to move initiatives to completion and elevate the specialty of Emergency Medicine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-organizational and interdepartmental high-impact projects to advance strategic initiatives through the development of materials, including analyses, reports, and surveys.
  • Conducts research, develops content, and writes meeting materials that support the strategic priorities of the Board, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency to drive the specialty forward.
  • Ensures timely coordination with team members to implement and complete project plans through problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Implements a research operational strategy to promote effectiveness in research project implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience working within the medical profession, graduate medical education, medical professional society, or specialty Board experience preferred.
  • A results-first mindset and a passion for achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A direct communication style that motivates action, demonstrated through daily original writing and persuasive presentations.
