Plumbing Technician/Designer
Selectek has an opportunity for a Plumbing Technician/Designer for their client located in the Madison, WI area. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- The plumbing technician/designer will work directly with the company's engineering team on each project.
- This involvement will include development of feasibility studies, probable cost estimates, calculations and overseeing the production of construction documents (plans, details, schedules, specifications).
Required:
- Degree in Engineering, or related field (Not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Thorough working knowledge of relevant engineering software: Revit, BIM, CAD, and other software programs associated with system sizing and design.
Pay Rate: $25-$40/hr
Term: 6-month temp to direct
