You'll be the face of Top Tier Impact and AT&T in the vibrant Chicago market, engaging directly with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that bring them into the AT&T family.
What You'll Be Doing as a Telecommunications Customer Sales Executive? Proactively engage with customers in Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs to assess their telecom needs Become an expert in AT&T’s full suite of residential services, including wireless plans, fiber internet, and premium entertainment bundles Conduct personalized consultations and present tailored solutions that highlight AT&T’s value and innovation Guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial conversation to account activation—with clarity and confidence Manage new accounts to ensure smooth onboarding, answer early questions, and build long-term satisfaction Provide post-sale support, assist with service adjustments, and identify opportunities for upgrades or add-ons Accurately process orders and maintain compliance using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and policy alignment Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while representing Top Tier Impact and AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
