Job Title: SAP S/4 Fashion Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Employment Type: Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Fashion Consultant with deep expertise in AFS, FMS, and S/4HANA Fashion modules. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently engaging with business stakeholders, understanding complex fashion business processes, and providing robust end-to-end SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and enhancement projects in SAP S/4HANA Fashion environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Fashion solutions.
• Provide expert-level consulting in the following SAP S/4 Fashion functional areas:
• Supply Assignment (aATP, Allocation & Availability Check)
• Supply Protection
• Segmentation Management
• Product Allocation
• Distribution Curves / Size Curves
• Fashion Value-Added Services (VAS) and Pricing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Fashion, Logistics, and Finance modules.
• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and proof-of-concepts to validate proposed solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solution recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest S/4 Fashion innovations and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of fashion industry processes, especially order management, inventory allocation, and distribution.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead business discussions with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on configuration and solution design experience in relevant SAP modules.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
