Overview: Lee & Associates – Nashville is seeking a creative and confident individual to join our local team as a Marketing Specialist. This position assists, and supports, our fast-growing real estate firm in its marketing efforts with a special focus on design. This candidate will successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. We require an excellent communicator who is able to support multiple professionals across the organization. Key Duties: Ability to conceptualize and develop graphic designs from text or verbal description Manage listings and create associated marketing materials (flyers, postcards, e-blasts, etc.) Manage marketing, social media and communications across all public platforms Prepare property tour packages (electronic & print) Create tenant representation pitch materials Develop & implement electronic marketing campaigns Assist brokers with social media content and posting Update team branded & custom marketing materials Required Skillset: A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 2-5 years of relevant work experience Experience with Canva WordPress Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiate and work independently as well as cooperatively with others Ability to provide materials in a timely and organized manner To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in marketing and commercial real estate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
