Overview

We are seeking a skilled technician with experience in troubleshooting and installing audio and video systems. This role will primarily focus on setting up and maintaining audio/video conference rooms. The ideal candidate can have a background in various installation environments, including commercial, live events, home, or automotive.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot AV equipment in conference rooms.


• Respond to support tickets and manage the email/phone support line.


• Provide operational support to maintain and improve AV service operations.


• Ensure system reliability, manage incidents, and maintain business continuity.


• Utilize monitoring tools, automation, and best practices to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.


• Experience with the following technologies is preferred: Creston, Polycom, Logitech, 1Beyond.
