Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing intuitive, data-intensive applications that empower legal, compliance, and enterprise users. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our AI-first B2B SaaS platform, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications
- Translate legal tech and compliance workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Axure
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
- Design and iterate on data visualizations and structured data interactions
- Define and maintain information architecture and user workflows
- Contribute to user research, usability testing, and A/B testing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience designing AI-first or data-intensive applications
- Strong background in B2B SaaS UX, especially in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery, legal tech, or compliance workflows
- Expertise in data visualization and interaction design for structured data
- Solid experience with information architecture and workflow design
- Proficiency in Figma, Axure, or similar design tools
- Demonstrated ability to deliver assets optimized for front-end development
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience collaborating with data scientists or ML engineers
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Strong microcopy skills to enhance clarity and trust in AI-generated outputs
