Overview We’re Pacific Campaign House, a national digital outreach and persuasion marketing firm focused on diverse audiences. We’re hiring for a dynamic Creative Content Manager to lead content creation, curation, and short-form video across various digital channels. You will develop and execute static and short-form video content for organic and paid media campaigns that connect mission-driven organizations and candidates to drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns resonate with audiences.
Cycle contract ending on December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $79,999.00/yr. This range is provided by Pacific Campaign House; actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Copywriting: conceptualize and produce short-form digital and social content (graphics, text, short-form video) for clients and PCH channels; draft copy for digital ads, scripts, and landing pages; ensure brand voice across deliverables; proficiency with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.); travel occasionally for shoots; apply industry best practices for posting, hashtags, and community management.
Project & Calendar Management: balance competing priorities, maintain content calendars, track deliverables and deadlines, coordinate with designers and editors to move projects from concept to execution.
Campaign & Client Support: assist with rapid-response content during breaking news or campaign moments; collaborate across teams to expand creative and operational capacity.
Collaboration & Communication: work with leadership, operations, and ads team to brainstorm and bring design work to life; participate in meetings and respond to feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements 2+ years of experience in high-volume digital campaigns, content strategy, or media production
Passion for or experience in the political space and campaign environments
Excellent writing and editing skills with campaign messaging focus
Proven experience managing content calendars and creative workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple deadlines
Proficiency in digital production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Comfortable being client-facing and representing PCH in campaign settings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots and content capture trips
Benefits Salary range: $70,000-$79,999 (commensurate with experience)
