Encore360 helps companies build what no one will ever sell them: audiences they own, media engines they control, and brand presence that compounds over time. We're looking for a content producer who understands that the best marketing doesn't feel like marketing at all.

The Role

You'll be the engine behind multiple client content operations. One day you're interviewing a greenhouse engineer about humidity control. The next, you're turning a wastewater operator's field notes into a newsletter that gets forwarded to entire departments. You'll build content systems that work like publications with a good sense of writerly rhythm, voice, and substance.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Produce content that earns trust before the sales call happens: blogs that get bookmarked, newsletters that get read, video scripts that get shared
  • Build recurring content series that audiences actually look forward to
  • Interview client SMEs who know their stuff but don't know how to package it (that's where you come in)
  • Turn one anchor asset into 5+ formats: a blog becomes a video script becomes three social posts becomes a sales enablement piece
  • Develop editorial calendars around what audiences need to hear, not what clients want to shout
  • Write like a journalist, think like a strategist, ship like a publisher

You Think Like This

  • Every piece of content is part of a larger program, not a one-off campaign
  • The best content gets cited in meetings you're not in
  • A 45-minute interview with the right questions is worth a month of guessing
  • B2B audiences are drowning in noise… Your job is to be the signal
  • You can write a technical explainer that doesn't put people to sleep
  • Client relationships are built through reliability and editorial excellence

You've Got

  • 2-4 years creating content that people actually wanted to read (journalism, editorial, content marketing, trade publishing)
  • Interviewing chops—you know how to get people to say the interesting thing, not the corporate thing
  • Range—you can write a LinkedIn post, a long-form guide, and a video script in the same week
  • Client-facing confidence—you can translate feedback, manage expectations, and build trust without hand-holding
  • The ability to juggle multiple clients and still hit deadlines confidently
  • Genuine curiosity about how things work: HVAC systems, SaaS pricing models, water treatment chemistry, whatever
  • Comfort using AI as your research assistant and draft generator—but you're the one with taste

You’ll Get

  • $60,000 salary
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) offering
  • Fully remote—work from wherever you think clearest
  • Small team where your work shapes real client outcomes (no bureaucracy, no endless approvals)
  • You'll build content systems from scratch, not maintain someone else's mess
  • You'll learn multiple industries deeply; this isn't paint-by-numbers marketing

To Apply

You can apply here on LinkedIn, perfectly fine, but to expedite the screening process please send the following materials to Content Director Eric Sandy, esandy@encore360.com...

  1. Your resume
  2. Two writing samples that show range (bonus points if they're in different formats, voices, or industries)
  3. A short note (200 words max): Link to a piece of B2B content you've seen recently that made you stop and think, "This is what good looks like." Tell us why it worked.
