Creative Strategist

to lead ideation, build creative roadmaps, and translate performance data into actionable next steps across client accounts. This is a hybrid strategy + creative development role: you'll help define what kinds of creative we make, why it matters, and how we evolve based on results. You'll own the why behind the work-synthesizing performance data, client goals, and cultural insights to shape high-impact campaigns. You'll collaborate with producers, editors, creators, and clients to identify top-performing themes and formats, pitch new concepts, and outline creative testing strategies. This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots between creative intuition and data-driven thinking. What You'll Do Creative Strategy & Ideation Build and maintain concept maps that align with client goals and performance insights. Own creative ideation sessions-pitching new hooks, formats, and storytelling frameworks built for paid social. Ensure variety and breadth across formats, tones, and messaging angles in every creative sprint. Creative Reporting & Recommendations Monitor performance trends weekly to understand what's working

(and what's not) . Summarize insights into creative recaps and reporting decks that inform future production. Provide clear, actionable next-step recommendations for producers and creators to execute against. Client & Team Collaboration Partner closely with producers to align weekly deliverables with performance priorities. Present strategic rationale to clients when needed-explaining the why behind new concepts or shifts in direction. Help shape internal best practices around messaging, positioning, and testing strategies. You'll thrive in this role if you are: Comfortable owning strategy across multiple accounts while staying close to the creative. A sharp thinker who can distill performance metrics into storytelling takeaways. Curious about platform trends, performance benchmarks, and how creative works in the real world. Pay Salaries start at $100,000 USD commensurate with experience Platinum health benefits + co-working stipend
