Overview The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in executing marketing initiatives that drive demand, engage key audiences, and contribute to revenue growth and pipeline development. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring excellent copywriting and graphic design skills. The Marketing Manager ensures all marketing materials are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and meticulously crafted while fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Creative Design: Create compelling, on-brand content for campaigns, websites, product collateral, press releases, and social media platforms. Tailor messaging for diverse audiences and formats while preserving a consistent brand voice. Design engaging graphics, presentations, and digital assets that elevate marketing efforts. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure output is clear, appealing, and audience-centric. Campaign Execution & Demand Generation: Assist in planning and launching integrated campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and partnerships, emphasizing speed, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to align on goals, lead targets, and sales enablement. Help optimize marketing channels (owned, earned, paid) using performance data and leadership input. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to simplify complex technical messaging into accessible narratives. Data, Insights & Analysis: Manage dashboards, support ROI modeling, track attribution, and assist in pipeline forecasting using Excel or Google Sheets. Deliver data-driven insights that blend quantitative analysis with qualitative context. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage actively in product launch campaigns alongside multiple teams. Provide valuable insights on customers, competitors, and market trends to refine strategies. Ensure strict adherence to quality control (QC) and management of change (MOC) processes with keen attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within climate tech, manufacturing, or mission-driven B2B industries. Demonstrated success in leading campaigns that drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion. Exceptional copywriting skills with a diverse portfolio including web, social media, advertising, email, and product collateral. Strong graphic design capabilities, including multimedia content creation such as video editing. Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends and ability to adjust messaging across different platforms. Analytical proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, skilled in generating actionable data insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear stories. Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple projects without compromising quality. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables. Effective collaborator able to work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Commercialization teams. Creative storyteller who combines business acumen with engaging narratives. Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. Experience in carbon markets, manufacturing materials, or technology is advantageous. Background in demand generation, performance marketing, or product marketing is a plus. Supervisory Responsibility This role does not include supervisory duties.
