Role Description
We’re seeking an Entry-Level FASHION Marketing Director to lead brand and growth strategy for an archive image site centered on Fashion Week. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about fashion history, editorial content, and digital media.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Secure press coverage and build relationships within the fashion month press circuit.
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Manager and Community Manager.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to align storytelling and brand visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong background in fashion marketing and understanding of fashion industry trends.
- Deep knowledge of the Fashion Week Press circuit and editorial landscape.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategy and brand positioning, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric approaches.
- Strong background in fashion marketing and deep understanding of fashion industry trends.
- Familiarity with the Fashion Week ecosystem (e.g., New York, Milan, Paris, Berlin, Bogotá) and prior involvement in media, marketing, or event production within the fashion universe.
- Prior experience in marketing roles (internships or entry-level positions welcome).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, driving audience engagement and external messaging initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and social media strategy, including audience engagement best practices.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments and adapt strategies to global fashion trends.
