Overview

Marketing Business Administrator to support the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Corebridge Financial. This role involves assisting with executive level administrative tasks, project coordination, and special projects supporting other areas of Marketing and Communications, including Marketing finance/budgeting, events, and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage and maintain the CMO’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, and events, ensuring details are handled promptly with clear daily agendas.
  • Track and manage financial documents, including receipts and expense reports, ensuring proper processing and filing.
  • Help prepare presentations and key documents for meetings, including researching and contributing content to the CMO’s materials.
  • Prepare minutes and follow-up items for leadership team meetings and executive sessions as required.
  • Assist with events in Jersey City and/or Houston (e.g., Board and Executive Leadership Team meetings, employee events) as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires (meetings with partners, equipment ordering, updating distribution lists) and offboarding as required.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an analyst, executive assistant, or related role, preferably in a corporate environment with C-Level Executives.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with financial software; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; knowledge of CVENT and CrowdCompass is a plus.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 at the start of employment. Actual offer is dependent on location, skills, experience, and other qualifications. Eligible for a discretionary bonus and a range of benefits as part of the total compensation package.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Jersey City, NJ office and is hybrid (office and remote).

Estimated Travel

  • Travel required (25%+ varying times throughout the year).
