About

Rocket Alumni Solutions builds interactive recognition displays for schools, universities, and organizations. This role is a unique mix of technical marketing and growth execution. You’ll architect, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, using AI-driven workflows to run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works. Your focus is pipeline acceleration and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) from strategy to execution.
  • Design and run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Manage tracking infrastructure (UTMs, HubSpot, GA4, attribution dashboards).
  • Build data-driven campaigns that align with sales pipeline and ARR targets.
  • Write and deploy high-performing ad creative (copy + visuals, with design team support).
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, and with Product to highlight features that convert.
  • Implement AI tools for rapid ad iteration, creative testing, and reporting automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, digital advertising, or demand generation.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager, plus strong grasp of LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels efficiently (CAC < LTV, strong ROAS).
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, GA4, attribution platforms, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Comfortable writing ad copy, building landing pages, and running creative tests.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to translate data into decisive action.
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to accelerate ad testing and marketing workflows.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B selling into schools/universities.
  • Background in interactive digital signage, donor engagement, or recognition markets.
  • Familiarity with SEO, marketing automation, or email deliverability.
  • Design chops in Figma/Canva for rapid creative iteration.
