Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven, strategic leader to own the brand and build a repeatable demand engine across content, paid media, lifecycle, and partnerships. You’ll design the strategy, create the operating system (cadences, KPIs, budgets), and lead execution with a player-coach mindset. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales (SDRs sit in Sales; Marketing drives strategy, messaging, and feedback loops), Product, and CS to ensure our story resonates and converts.
What You’ll Own
- Brand Strategy
- Strategic Experience: Bring proven experience creating brand strategies that win in competitive SaaS markets—differentiated positioning with measurable business impact.
- Vision Alignment: Align identity, voice, and creative “taste” with company vision and leadership preferences; raise the bar on landing pages, scripts, ads, and creative angles.
- Keep It Current: Audit, refine, and scale the brand system as we grow; ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and Product to define/refine ICP , segmentation, GTM, and Fit criteria . Keep messaging anchored in customer reality.
- Process Creation & Planning (Data-Driven Systems)
- Own the annual/quarterly marketing plan , budget , and KPI tree ; turn strategy into systems (briefs, cadences, QA checklists).
- Establish a clear measurement framework (pipeline, CAC, MQL volume/quality, channel ROI) and report it to leadership.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing marketing team , with the documentation, standards, and rhythms to scale.
- Design strategies that improve cost efficiency while hitting monthly/quarterly volume targets.
- Marketing Execution
- Content Engine: Drive high-impact content—case studies, landing pages, scripts, email campaigns, video ads —with rigorous A/B testing across creative and copy.
- Paid Media: Scale and optimize Google & Meta (currently $35k+/mo ) while piloting new channels with ROI discipline.
- Nurturing Leads: Collaborate closely with SDRs (in Sales) to lift booking and attendance rates—closed feedback loop on messaging and targeting.
- Lifecycle & Outreach: Own lifecycle playbooks (email/SMS) and direct mail/guides to improve activation, upsell, and lead quality.
- Partnerships & Affiliates: Manage the partnerships ecosystem end-to-end (tiering, onboarding, enablement) to deliver material, trackable revenue.

- Partnerships Builder: You’ve built and scaled affiliate/channel programs that convert.
