Description & Requirements
Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Revenue Strategy Manager to own monetization strategy and revenue planning for the Advertising & Sponsorships (A&S) business at EA. You will help shape the Revenue Strategy function, including ad monetization and long-term growth in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Programs, you will influence pricing, packaging, monetization initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, adtech, studio, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish channel revenue strategies, developing pricing, packaging, and monetization frameworks to maximize growth
- Lead analysis of revenue performance data to identify growth opportunities and risks; synthesize data and market insights into revenue plans, forecasts, and actionable recommendations for leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing strategic decisions across product, sales, adtech, studio, and finance teams
- Define and track key revenue KPIs to measure the impact of pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives
- Establish continuous market intelligence to benchmark competitors and uncover new monetization opportunities
- Partner with operational teams to analyze inventory yield and optimize pricing and packaging to improve revenue performance
- Support long-term monetization design through competitive analysis, revenue modeling, and exploration of new monetization opportunities
- Align with EA's Corporate Strategy team to inform long-range financial models and forecasts
- Evaluate new business opportunities and develop business cases as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, media/advertising, or related fields
- Experience in forecasting, pricing frameworks, packaging strategies & optimization, and revenue optimization in digital media or entertainment
- Experience driving competitive analysis and translating insights into growth strategies
- Financial modeling and forecasting skills with scenario planning
- Proficiency with data analysis, CRM, and BI tools including SQL, Python/R, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker
Location note: Hybrid role scoped for Redwood City, Los Angeles, Orlando, or Vancouver.
Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed are EA’s good faith pay ranges for these locations at the time of posting. Pay offered will be determined based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs. Benefits vary by location and may include paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, and eligibility for bonus and equity where applicable.
Pay ranges
- British Columbia (Vancouver vs. Victoria) CAD 111,600 – 152,800
- California (Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) USD 124,100 – 182,800
