Overview

Account Executive (Media/Advertising/Marketing Sales exp req) - Location: Greater Palm Springs Area, CA (Hybrid — On-site 1x/week). Salary: $60,000–$65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE: $90,000–$120,000). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, 401k (no match), 2 Weeks’ PTO. Job Type: Full-Time. Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM flexible 8-hour schedule. Travel: Local travel in the Greater Palm Springs Area req. (less than 25%). Start Date: ASAP. Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
• Follow up on leads and opportunities
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop client campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn additional commissions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
• Manage account budgets and track campaign performance
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience required
• 2+ years of media, marketing, or advertising sales experience required
• CRM experience required
