* Manages a tiered portfolio of 400-700 current and prospective mid-level members with planned touch points and timely solicitations, with a premium placed on donor retention and increased giving.* Develop relationships with prospective and current mid-level members using multiple channels, including phone, email, personal mail, Zoom and face-to-face meetings, when appropriate, while also engaging donors through consistent stewardship and active cultivation to increase member support, achieve revenue goals and enhance the member experience.* Attend and participate in all relevant KUT/KUTX events.* Work closely and proactively with colleagues across the station, of all different backgrounds and skills.
