Job summary

Become a Key Player as a Content Policy and Communications Specialist. You will triage content policy requests and keep communications materials current and aligned to approved language. You’ll organize and publish policy content across internal and external channels and draft/edit communications to drive alignment across teams. Work model: Remote, PST time zone preferred; part-time at 20 hours per week; 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming communications and content policy requests for prioritization.
• Ensure communications materials are up to date and reflect approved language.
• Perform initial editing review and draft communications as needed.
• Organize documentation and folders in SharePoint for ease of use.
• Publish content policies on internal and external sites to ensure alignment across teams.
• Repurpose content so it’s used effectively across the team.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Operational competency.
• Copyediting and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

What else might help you out

• Familiarity with Wiki, SharePoint, and Jira.
