This is a remote position. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work. You will train AI models, measure progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality. Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) is required to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and be able to explain how your solution works.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
