Insight Global is looking for a Support Content Publisher to join the Digital Service and Customer Experience (DSCX) team at a large Telecommunications company in Stamford, CT. This team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and providing the right messages at the right time to the right customer. This person will be responsible for driving the execution of an interactive, digital self-service experience for customers by testing and publishing online support content and analyzing areas for improvement in design, content, and usability. This person will publish web content and proof for accuracy, message presentation and brand style. They will be responsible for handling large data sets, understanding why certain content is underperforming and making recommendations for improvement. They will be responsible for optimizing SEO, headline style and length, graphics sizing, photo cropping, hyperlinking, etc. This position requires technical expertise, great communication skills, the ability to understand and translate technical and product launch information and to work closely with copy editors, designers, journey owners and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of an interactive, digital self-service experience for customers by testing and publishing online support content and analyzing design, content, and usability for improvements.
  • Publish web content and proofs for accuracy, message presentation, and brand style.
  • Handle large data sets; identify why content is underperforming and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize SEO, headline style and length, graphics sizing, photo cropping, and hyperlinking.
  • Allocate time: approximately 20% analyzing metrics, 40% handling ticketing-system tasks (e.g., setting up new website layouts and creating content areas for support sites), and 40% working on projects (researching, running tests, and pitching ideas to improve customer experience and reduce costs).
  • Collaborate with copy editors, designers, journey owners, and technical teams; translate technical and product launch information.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years’ experience managing website/content design
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, specifically Drupal
  • Experience with Jira and Chalk (Atlassian) for notes and documentation
  • Experience with A/B testing or multivariable testing
  • Marketing/communications background with SEO experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; UI/UX experience
  • Coding background
  • SMS background experience
