Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage creative projects in alignment with marketing goals and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Marketing and Product teams, ensuring effective collaboration
• Lead and coordinate resources for complex creative initiatives to ensure timely delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for external agencies supporting creative work
• Identify strategic and creative solutions to marketing and advertising challenges

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 10+ years of experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing environment
• Proven experience working closely with Marketing and Product teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning, and analytics
• Experience managing creative and marketing projects from development through execution
• Familiarity with various formats including live action, digital, and animation

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in setting priorities, solving problems, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
