## Creative Coordinator (Project-Based Role)****Location:**** Santa Fe, NM**Compensation:** The base salary for this position is $53,560.00. Compensation may vary based on location and experience. * Assigned a specific team/scope within Creative to coordinate project workloads, ensuring open lines of communication between that team and others.* Takes and publishes notes from their team meetings to help keep all team members informed.* Internal-facing representative for the Creative department: helps to problem solve within their specific team, advocate for team members' needs when meeting with other Creative teams, and supports the creative team's department needs.* The above responsibilities can apply to a variety of disciplines or departments.* As needed, provides assistance with administrative needs.* Provide support between Creative Producers, Coordinators and their specific team.* Manages any documentation needed for their specific team/scope (ex: Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, G-Drive organization)* Attend meetings, take clear and concise notes.* Share needs/requests from their Creative team with project leadership to help mitigate project concerns.* Receives/communicates company updates with Creative Timeworms.* Maintains regular communication with Sr. Creative Coordinators, Production Managers, Directors, and Sr. Directors to stay up to date with one another.* Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the role* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, or equivalent experience)* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy* Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines* Excellent organizational and time-management skills* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities* Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening High level of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships* Empathy and the ability to understand and support diverse perspectives* Strong team player who contributes to collective success**INCLUSION**: Meow Wolf is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
