Job Description:
Project-Based Role: This is a project-based position with an anticipated duration of 2+ years
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Compensation: The base salary for this position is $53,560.00. Compensation may vary based on location and experience.
Job Summary
The Creative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various projects, communicating between departments, and acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders working on creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assigned a specific team/scope within Creative to coordinate project workloads, ensuring open lines of communication between that team and others.
Take and publish notes from team meetings to help keep all team members informed.
Internal-facing representative for the Creative department: help to problem solve within the team, advocate for team members\' needs when meeting with other Creative teams, and support the department needs.
Support a variety of disciplines or departments as needed.
Provide assistance with administrative needs.
Provide support between Creative Producers, Coordinators and their specific team.
Manage documentation for the team/scope (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Drive organization).
Attend meetings and take clear and concise notes.
Share needs/requests from the Creative team with project leadership to help mitigate project concerns.
Receive/communicate company updates with Creative Timeworms.
Maintain regular communication with Sr. Creative Coordinators, Production Managers, Directors, and Sr. Directors to stay up to date.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the role
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
High level of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships
Empathy and the ability to understand and support diverse perspectives
Strong team player who contributes to collective success
Work Environment and Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners. This position also works in an indoor setting with exposure to noisy environments, dim lighting, strong visual effects including strobing lights, special effects, fog machines and small and/or enclosed spaces.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical ability to walk, stand, use stairs/elevators, and navigate the elements during the day and night. May be required to remain in a sitting or standing position for prolonged periods, and perform repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.
Supervisor Responsibilities
This position does not require supervisory responsibility.
Travel
This position does not require travel.
