Surface Experts Boston and South provides surface repair services for bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, appliances, and more. We repair damaged surfaces with precision and high-quality customer service. We are hiring full-time Creative Repair Specialists to meet growing demand.
Base pay and compensation
Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and other surfaces, making them look like new.
- Assess damage, recommend repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence.
- Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail.
- A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets; training provided if needed.
- Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong work ethic.
