Overview

(Junior) Creator Marketing Manager (all genders) – Universal City / Los Angeles area. This entry-level position supports the Los Angeles team with a passion for social media, influencer culture, and brand partnerships. You will work closely with senior team members to help identify, manage, and nurture influencer relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet potential influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Maintain influencer databases and track engagement metrics.
• Draft outreach messages and coordinate initial communications.
• Assist in developing influencer briefs and content guidelines.
• Coordinate product shipments, timelines, and approvals.
• Track deliverables to ensure influencers meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Support understanding of influencer contracting and negotiations.
• Support the team in nurturing ongoing influencer relationships.
• Respond to influencer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Help with contract and payment coordination.
• Collect performance data and assist in compiling post-campaign reports.
• Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and quality assurance.
• Provide insights on influencer performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, paid media, brand managers).
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling, database upkeep, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or relevant experience).
• Experience in social media management or influencer relations (approx. 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and current trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
