Role Overview:As our new Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in ideating, designing, and preparing artwork for branded merchandise, apparel, and a variety of promotional items. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver creative, print-ready designs that reflect our brand and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:- Work with sales and production teams to develop innovative artwork for promotional products, branded merchandise, and screen printed apparel.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files and production proofs for screen printing, embroidery, and digital print processes.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and translate concepts into impactful visual assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects, ensuring designs follow quality and style guidelines.
- Support the creation of digital assets for marketing, including social media graphics and product mockups.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering within tight deadlines and to the highest standard.
- Stay up to date with trends in promotional merchandise, screen printing techniques, and graphic design.
- MAST HAVE Proven experience in graphic design within promotional products, screenprinting, or branded merchandise.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production processes, colour management, and file preparation for screenprinting and embroidery.
- Strong sense of visual composition, attention to detail, and the ability to follow branding guidelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time management – able to balance multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in a creative, agency, or print production environment is advantageous.
- Formal qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
- Starting salary of $55,000 annually.
