We’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is both creatively strong and technically precise, someone who thrives in managing large-scale print projects, organizing complex data, and crafting polished visual materials that tell a brand story.


As the primary designer responsible for our flagship wholesale catalog, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are visually presented to retailers nationwide. Beyond the catalog, you’ll contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives across print and digital channels — from event collateral and sell sheets to digital assets and presentations.


💼 Type: temp to hire

💰 Pay: 38-40/hr | 75-80k upon full-time conversion

📍 Location: Moorpark

📅 Schedule: On-Site, Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities

Catalog Design & Production

  • Lead the design and production of a national wholesale catalog, ensuring visual consistency and accuracy across hundreds of SKUs.
  • Manage large-scale data inputs and updates using Excel or other automation tools.
  • Oversee layout design, product imagery, and print production from concept to final files.

Marketing Design Support

  • Design supporting materials including sell sheets, digital assets, event collateral, and presentations.
  • Edit and retouch product photography to align with brand standards.
  • Execute organic creative projects that require custom design solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to deliver projects that align with business goals.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and creative output.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (wholesale, catalog, print, or marketing environments preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (bulk input, data merges, automation).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
