We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager who will be the financial architect behind our music department's success, turning complex royalty data into strategic insights that power our global entertainment ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities:
Create comprehensive royalty estimates and revenue forecasts for music catalog
Design and maintain sophisticated financial dashboards and tracking mechanisms
Collaborate across Business Affairs, Legal, Accounting, and Production teams to ensure precise financial reporting
Identify and implement process improvements that streamline music finance operations
Manage complex financial tracking for soundtrack revenues, publishing administration, and third-party obligations

About The Team Our Music Finance team is a collaborative powerhouse dedicated to pushing the boundaries of entertainment finance. We're not just tracking numbers; we're creating financial strategies that support ground-breaking musical content across global platforms. Your work will directly impact how we discover, develop, and distribute musical experiences worldwide. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
