Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide music students individual tutoring outside of class.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in course(s) hired to tutor as demonstrated with an earned grade of “A” or “B” in selected courses.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to read music.
- Ability to be patient and supportive of student’s efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Music major preferred.
