Overview

The Reporting / Business Analyst will conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational planning and business decisions. They support short and long term operational / strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and runs reports to assess team\'s performance, trending analysis, improvements, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute headcount reports, attrition, etc.
  • Analyzes and investigates business processes, data, reporting and dives deep into insights to support actionable recommendations.
  • Raise awareness by reporting insights to prevent noncompliance with specific metrics.
  • Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.
  • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
  • Investigate non-standard requests and problems and create solutions.
  • Own establishing action plans for the businesses based on report and data findings.
  • Develops and supplies requested data for scorecards.
  • Work exclusively within a specific knowledge area.
  • Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines.
  • Provide explanations and present information to leadership on topics within area of expertise.
  • English proficiency assessment will be required after application.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.
  • Reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 7pm.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical / Associate\'s degree or Bachelor\'s degree.
  • PowerBI experience.
  • Tableau experience.
  • Healthcare knowledge.
  • Proven knowledge of call center metrics.
  • Demonstrated planning skills (capacity, logistics).
  • Root Cause Analysis experience.
