Job Title: .NET Developer (Onsite)

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $140,000 base salary + bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The role involves a mix of new development (25%) and application maintenance/support (75%). The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET and SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications while also contributing to new feature development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing applications built on the .NET framework.
• Develop new features and applications as part of ongoing business needs.
• Write efficient, scalable, and well-structured code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and project managers.
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.
• Solid experience with SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience maintaining and supporting existing enterprise applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, TFS, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
