Overview

Visual Merchandising Coordinator - Cutler Bay, FL. Join CITY Furniture as part of a team focused on maintaining showroom aesthetics and driving business performance through on-brand product displays and timely product transitions.

What You’ll Do

• Mercandise the Showroom – Daily showroom reset, organize displays to merchandising standards, review floor plan notes, manage timely product transitions and markdowns, oversee showroom product orders, stock transfers, deliveries, and ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies through Concept Books and Spec Sheets. Plan movement of display products, optimize space, and maintain layout density. Print and place price tags and conduct audits to verify correct placement of vignette components. Review monthly showroom audits (Visual, Marketing, Mattress, RFID, Truck Bindy).
• Place & Replenish Home Accents – Receive, unpack, tag accessories with price and RFID labels, place items per standards, update seasonal color story displays, replenish and redistribute home accents and mattress gallery merchandise per planograms.

What’s Required

• Education & Work Experience: High School Diploma required from an accredited institution; minimum of one year of Visual Merchandising experience in a retail environment preferred

Work Environment & Schedule

• Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:30pm, limited night and weekend hours
• Flexible 40 hours/week, Full Time
• Travel may be required for overseeing multiple showrooms, showroom remerchandising projects, and new store openings
• Minimal personal cell phone use during work hours

Physical & Technology Requirements

• Working in a retail showroom and warehouse; extended standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs; use of ladders for wall décor
• MS Office, Google Suite, Apple iPad; general PC knowledge; RFID tagging equipment and CAD drawings familiarity

Certifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License
