At Coughlin Automotive, we are looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Quicklane at Heath Ford location. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers and is responsible for the repair process, including greeting customers, setting expectations for repair completion, selling repairs, communicating with technicians, and exceeding customer expectations.
