Frost & Sullivan seeks an experienced writer/note taker to attend our Customer Contact West event in Tucson, AZ 10/20 thru 10/22 and take notes at assigned sessions.

Must have own laptop; dress is business casual.

Responsibilities

• Take notes at assigned sessions using the template provided.

Qualifications

• College degree + excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Experience in customer contact industry desirable as is a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Writing samples will be requested.
