As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor online in Elementary School Writing, delivering clear explanations and personalized instruction.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Use the platform’s Live Learning tools to conduct sessions remotely—no commuting required.
• Get matched with students suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time.
• Invoicing and payments are handled by Varsity Tutors; you’ll be paid for your tutoring sessions, with payouts up to twice per week.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Elementary School Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
