Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and analyze user data for experience enhancement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs using UX design principles
• Translate business needs into actionable Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and process flows
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic product decisions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and UX designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with skills in gathering requirements and stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in UX research methods and wireframing tools (e.g., Mockflow, Adobe XD)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for effective teamwork with design teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
