Location: New York City – Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx & Staten Island

Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

We provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care services that help clients live safely and independently. As our agency continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Healthcare Marketing & Referral Liaison to promote our services and build lasting relationships with healthcare and community partners across New York City.

Position Summary

The Healthcare Marketing & Referral Liaison develops and maintains referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, clinics, and community organizations. This position combines marketing, outreach, relationship building, and referral coordination to increase awareness of NPH’s home care services throughout NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote NPH’s home care services to healthcare facilities and community organizations across all NYC boroughs.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, discharge planners, social workers, and rehab teams.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate referrals.
• Participate in community events, senior fairs, and health education programs to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the intake and coordination departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records of referrals and contacts.
• Maintain knowledge of home care services, DOH regulations, and NYC healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, business development, or customer service preferred (but not required).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to travel throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island.
• Any second language (Spanish, Russian, Creole, Yiddish, etc.) is a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine interest in helping others.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)
