As the Events & Partnerships Producer, you’ll drive Eric Siu’s visibility and influence by leading event, podcast, and partnership initiatives. You’ll identify and secure high-impact opportunities, build strategic relationships, and turn every appearance into measurable growth for the brand.

About Single Grain LLC

Single Grain is a fast-moving, AI-driven digital marketing agency helping top brands like Amazon and Uber grow through Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Creative — powered by a lean, high-performing team focused on smart, impactful work.

Description

We’re hiring an Events & Partnerships Producer to scale Eric Siu’s public-facing presence through high-leverage events, speaking engagements, and curated VIP experiences. This person will run the outreach engine for global conferences, podcasts, and partnership activations — turning each appearance into new relationships, revenue opportunities, and brand equity.

You will own the full lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, logistics, asset prep, hosting, and post-event ROI reporting. The ideal candidate has a background in field marketing, partnerships, or event production and can confidently negotiate speaking opportunities, co-marketing deals, and sponsor collaborations.

This is a full-time remote role. Nearshore or offshore candidates are welcome but must be available to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a speaking CRM (targets, organizer contacts, statuses, deadlines).
  • Identify and pitch relevant webinars, conferences, podcasts, and media outlets aligned with Single Grain and Karrot.ai.
  • Write and iterate outreach templates, talk abstracts, and follow-up scripts.
  • Negotiate stage slots and co-marketing packages that include audience or lead access.

2. Event & Dinner Production

  • Produce 3–4 curated VIP dinners per quarter around major events.
  • Manage venues, budgets, invites, RSVPs, co-hosts/sponsors, and run-of-show.
  • Curate high-value attendees (founders, CMOs, investors, AI/marketing leaders).
  • Manage day-of logistics and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Managing internal webinar and partner webinar production

3. Marketing & Content Enablement

  • Work with brand and video teams to capture content from events (recaps, clips, quotes).
  • Maintain speaking materials (bio, abstracts, reel, decks, one-pagers).
  • Ensure all events and appearances are amplified across owned channels.

4. Reporting & ROI

  • Track KPIs: talks booked, dinners hosted, show rate, SQLs/pipeline generated.
  • Provide monthly dashboards on performance and revenue attribution.
  • Constantly test new partnership opportunities (sponsorships, co-marketing, panels).

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in event production, partnerships, or field marketing.
  • Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills.
  • Track record of booking and producing successful speaking or VIP events.
  • Confident negotiator with a growth-marketing mindset.
  • High EQ with the ability to curate and engage senior-level audiences.
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.
