The Content Management organization publishes creative assets, experiences, and digital content to client websites and other platforms across the globe. The Content Manager reports to a Manager, Interactive Content and works with internal teams and external partners to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This role focuses on top‑quality content production and publishing, with strong experience in content management tools and processes. What does a Content Manager do at Hogarth? The Content Management organization is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to client websites and other platforms globally. The Content Manager helps set up and manage page structure and content in a CMS and supports product launches and digital marketing programs. The role involves day‑to‑day content management tasks, cross‑functional collaboration, and maintaining knowledge of tools and processes. Note: This is a role focused on content production and publishing; it is not a content creation, design, or marketing job. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance Ensure the quality of your deliverables to clients Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external teams, with strong communication standards Work with developer teams to plan page structures and project approaches Lead smaller projects with team support Balance and prioritize multiple projects and launches in a fast‑paced environment Contribute to documentation and training within the content management organization Maintain a complete understanding of CMS complexities and internal tools Contribute to the evolution of internal platforms and processes by providing tool, UI, best practices, and workflow feedback Requirements Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience on web production teams Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) Knowledge of content management and related system processes Experience with a git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of HTML, JSON, and XML is a plus Ability to test and report CMS issues and communicate them to technical and non‑technical personnel Experience with toolsets as they are being created and rolled out Demonstrated success working with defined business processes and workflows Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an unpredictable environment Flexible schedule to accommodate rapid, time‑constrained launches High ownership and accountability Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and patient, with ability to handle ambiguity Pay The base salary range for this contract position at the time of posting is $50/hr - $68/hr.
