Drive Marketing Impact

As Marketing Specialist, you’ll partner closely with our Marketing Director to bring FloodGate Medical’s brand to life. From design to content to campaign execution, your work will help us highlight our values, attract candidates, and connect with clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design (Canva, marketing assets, sales sheets)
• Landing Page creation and optimization
• Email Marketing & Nurture Automations
• Lead Generation campaigns
• Social Media Management (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Podcast & Webinar production/coordination

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field)
• Based in the Tampa Bay area (in-office 3 days/week)
• Canva design skills
• Strong copywriting skills (social, web, email, marketing collateral)
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Marketing and sales mindset with initiative and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50k–$65k (based on experience) + performance bonus
