• Marketing Manager – Motto Clear Aligners: Partner closely with field and practice support leaders to translate business goals into actionable performance plans, with a focus on increasing treatment plan acceptance, revenue per consult
• Director of Marketing – Motto Clear Aligners: Oversee all marketing channels, leading the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring a cohesive brand identity delivers on key performance indicators
• Manager, Memberships and Promotional Strategy: Manage Aspen Dental’s membership program and develop new programs and promotions to help patients get access to care and drive business performance
• Director, Social & Content Strategy: Partner closely with Media, Creative, Communications, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure content is consistent, measurable, and performance-optimized across all channels
• Manager, Social Media: Monitor and lead response management efforts via Motto Clear Aligners' social media properties
